In this session, those in attendance will examine the need for, and the real value of, up-to-date contingency plans. They will learn how, in the past, plans that looked good on paper proved to be fundamentally flawed and how to avoid the pitfalls commonly encountered when planning for unusual situations, critical incidents and emergencies. |
